Our Chatbot is a tool that allows you to manage and edit automated commands for you and your viewers in your Twitch livestream chat. This helps you create an engaging chat experience.
How do I activate the Sound Alerts Chatbot?
The activation takes you less than 10 minutes — simply visit our Dashboard and open the Chatbot section on the left to get started with the tool.
Do my Viewers need to install anything?
No, not at all. As soon as you activate the Chatbot, your viewers can use it on desktop devices and in the official Twitch app for iOS and Android.
Is the Sound Alerts Chatbot free?
Yes, the Sound Alerts Chatbot is free to use, and you can activate it in our Dashboard in no time by following the setup instructions there. We are also planning to add more feature to the Chatbot in the future.
Can I create my own Chat Commands?
Yes, the Chatbot allows you to set up custom commands with your own messages to highlight your sponsors, socials and everything else.
Does the Chatbot work on Twitch?
Yes, the Sound Alerts Chatbot works with Twitch. Other livestream platforms might be added in the future — let us know where you need it.
Do I need to use your Alerts to use the Chatbot?
No, our Chatbot is a standalone tool and you can use it without the alerts. However, you can also combine it with all other Sound Alerts features flawlessly.
